Kacy Latham, M.A., NCC, LPC Associate supervised by Dr. Tara Fox, Ph.D., LPC Supervisor

I’m Kacy Latham, counselor and owner of Wholeheart Counseling in Texas.

My therapeutic expertise occupies a highly specialized and deeply needed niche: the dynamic between Neurodivergent (ND) individuals (specifically those with Autism, ADHD, and Twice-Exceptional/Gifted profiles) and antagonistic personalities (such as narcissists, psychopaths, and bullies).

I provide individual, family, and group therapy statewide through telehealth locally, in-person.

Services

  • One-on-one therapy provides a dedicated space to explore your inner world at your own pace. Together, we work to untangle complex emotions, break through stagnant patterns, and develop the self-awareness needed to lead a more authentic and resilient life.

    $85* per session

  • For those seeking accelerated progress, I offer extended 1.5 to 2-hour sessions designed for immersive healing. These intensives allow us the time needed to integrate core memories, update internal "software," and engage in deep imaginative or creative processing without the interruption of a standard 50-minute clock.

Note: These sessions are billed at my standard hourly rate; sliding scale options are available for those who qualify based on our initial contract.

    $135-170 per session.

  • I offer family therapy on a case-by-Icase basis following a thorough evaluation. Please note that if a child is under 18 and the parents are divorced, Texas state law requires a specific review of parental rights and legal documentation before services can begin to ensure the safety and rights of everyone involved.

    $100 – $125 per session.

  • I am excited to offer upcoming group experiences focused on shared healing and skill-building. These will cover a diverse range of needs, including navigating recovery from domestic violence or narcissistic abuse, healing as an adult child of emotionally immature parents, and cultivating social connection through play, imagination, and creative community building.

    $35 per group session.

  • I am available for seminars, workshops, and educational classes tailored for schools, professional teams, or community groups. Topics range from mental health foundations to specialized deep-dives into creativity and emotional intelligence.

    $150 – $300 per hour (plus travel/prep).

  • Beyond clinical therapy, I offer consultation services for organizations and individuals. Whether you are looking for a clinical perspective on a specific project or seeking guidance on community mental health initiatives, I provide expert insight grounded in psychological theory and practice.

    Rate: $85 – $100 per hour.

The Logistics of Trust

Starting therapy shouldn't feel like a leap of faith into the dark. I believe in 'informed' healing—where you have all the facts, the logic, and the security details before we ever dive into the deep stuff. Here is the 'how' and 'why' behind the way I protect my clients.

Confidentiality doesn't start at our first session—it starts the moment you say 'Hello.’
