What can I expect in my first session?

 Describe the initial assessment process, what clients should prepare, and how the first session typically unfolds.

How long do sessions last, and how often will we meet?

What are your fees, and do you accept insurance?

How do you ensure confidentiality?

How long will I need to be in therapy?

How do I know if therapy is working?
